How to Apply & Remove Press-On Nails

Category 1 · Nail adhesive tabs

Apply with Adhesive Tabs

Easy application, gentle removal, and reusable nails.

    Prep Your Nails

    Wash and thoroughly dry your hands. Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff your natural nails, and clean the surface with an alcohol wipe to remove oils and dust.

  2. 02

    Apply Adhesive Tabs

    Choose adhesive tabs that fit your natural nails. Place each tab onto your nail and press firmly to ensure good contact. Smooth out any air bubbles.

    Position Your Press-Ons

    Carefully remove the protective film from the adhesive tab. Align the press-on nail near your cuticle without touching your skin, then gently lower it onto your natural nail.

    Press & Secure

    Press firmly for 15–30 seconds to secure the nail. Repeat for each finger.

Pro tip: Avoid water and oils immediately after application for better adhesion.

Remove Adhesive Tabs

Gentle removal helps protect your natural nails and preserve your press-ons.

    Prepare Warm Water

    Fill a small bowl with warm, soapy water and add a few drops of oil.

  2. 02

    Soak Your Nails

    Soak your nails for approximately 10–15 minutes to help loosen the adhesive tabs.

    Gently Remove

    Carefully lift the edges of each press-on using a wooden cuticle stick. If the adhesive remains strong, continue soaking. Never force or pull the nails off.

    Clean & Store

    Remove leftover adhesive carefully. Clean and completely dry your press-on nails before storing them in their original box for future use.

Apply with Nail Glue

A secure application for longer-lasting press-on nails.

    Prepare Your Nails

    Wash and dry your hands. Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff your natural nails, and remove oils with an alcohol wipe.

  2. 02

    Apply Nail Glue

    Apply a small, even amount of nail glue to your natural nail or the underside of the press-on nail according to the glue manufacturer’s instructions. Avoid contact with your skin.

    Position Your Press-Ons

    Align the press-on nail with your natural cuticle line and gently lower it onto your nail. Make sure it fits properly.

    Press & Hold

    Press firmly for 15–30 seconds or according to the glue instructions. Repeat for each nail.

Remove Nail Glue

Remove carefully to protect your natural nails and press-ons.

    Soak

    Soak in warm, soapy water with a little oil to help loosen the adhesive.

    Remove Carefully

    Gently check the edges. If the nails are still firmly attached, use an appropriate nail glue remover according to its instructions. Never force removal.

    Carefully remove residue and moisturize with cuticle oil. Acetone-based removers may damage press-on nails.
